Follow the Faith of Jesus Christ. It is not the religion, the denomination, the current trend, or any other man-made thing or theology. The brass tack of the situation. The hard nose fact of who we are. It’s not the Faith, but the Christ of the Faith whom you are to follow. We don’t follow faith. We are to have faith. Faith in Jesus Christ our Lord. We can have faith in people or companies or religious institutions. These can let you down. You are to have faith in the Lord of Glory. Christ Jesus of the Faith you Follow
In these perilous times that Faith in Christ must be there come rain, shine, snow, or blizzard. It must be placed in the Lord with tunnel vision. Seeing Him in all things. Believing in His hand of guidance. Relying on His mercy but walking in His Word. Faith in Jesus Christ, obedience to His Commandments. As Jesus said, “Abide in Me”. This means to continue, dwell, endure, be present, remain, stand, or tarry in Christ Jesus. When you Abide in him through all things and continue in him; he is in you.
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

As we abide in Christ Jesus we do so because we believe. We
have faith. In other words when we come to God, we believe he exists. It is in
Him we trust and know that the Father sent his only begotten Son Jesus Christ
to die for our sins. We are to receive his Son, believing in his work -see John
1. Part of our believing in Jesus Christ
is to keep His commandments. In this, he
says “If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love.”
As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

Our Faith is positioned firmly in our Lord. While we have meeting places, this is okay. But let us not forget the temple of Christ is not man-made bricks and stones. Nor man created denominations and sects. Christ in us the Hope of Glory. We are the temple of God today. Where three of us are gathered in His name, he is in our midst. When he is in our midst, then His glory falls. If we are in a building gathered in His name, that glory can fall amid us as we are in that building. But faith, glory, and presence are not due to the building. Glory is to the Lord. If we keep this vision in us, we shall understand. All things given in praise and honor goes to the Lord and not to man. Thus, we can walk in the light, as Christ Jesus is the Light. By this we have fellowship with each other. Then we will find the blood of Jesus Christ will cleanse us from all sin.
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

There are very tough times coming to America. Even now we are experiencing these things. This will be the hardest era for people to be here in this nation. While today we can say the persecution of Christians worldwide are at their peak. It is in our modern era that more Christian bloodshed has been spilled in martyrdom. Yet in America the climate of division and hate continues. We debate and pontificate [be dogmatic] with each other. The vitriol has split America and our enemy knows this. The split is politically divisive. It socially divides us as well. Further the racial card is used repeatedly.
Recently a Christian Pastor, minister, author made the news
he was quitting his faith. He and his wife agreed to separate on an amicable
basis.
One of the things this man said was “By all the measurements that I have for defining a Christian, I am not a Christian.”
I won’t go into details about this man. Nor is this article any attempt to enter his issues or troubles. It is simply here. Our faith is not in our faith. Our faith is to be in Christ Jesus who is Lord of the Faith. It is too bad this is playing out in the media. According to His measurements, he says he is not a Christian. I have come across many Christians who are not true believers. For instance, one young man came across our YouTube channel many years ago. He listened to our Halloween special. He was angry about it. He wrote to us. I answered him. He wrote me back and told me he followed Satan and believed in Jesus Christ. In his eyes, he was a Christian. My friends, you cannot have one foot in hell serving the devil. Then the other foot in heaven swearing allegiance to Jesus Christ. Christ doesn’t co-rule with the devil. He destroyed the power, root, and hold of the devil. Things are not always as they seem to be. The Lord did warn that one day “many shall be offended”! This offensive attitude is connected to ‘affliction or persecution.’ It is also connected to a time when ‘iniquity will abound.’ Both things are occurring right now.
All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

In reference to the quote by Josh Harris, let God and this man work it out. Prayerfully, may the Lord grant him mercy and grace to find his way back to the Father through the Son. It is true here; the Lord will send a fire through the House of the Lord to purge all who dwell there. If you’re a Christian, time and tribulation are part of the life we lead. But as well we have Faith in Christ who will help us and keep us.
Just as the person I mentioned above. No one can walk his
path nor his faith for Him. He must walk this path with Jesus Christ. If he has
forsaken Christ, that is His choice. God gives this choice to all people.
However, we can pray and lift Him and his wife up.
Moreover, I could relate major Christian Leaders who have fallen. The issue here is that the faith of which we are to have is personal. At the same time, it is social, redemptive, and moves in step with the Lord’s guidance. In the daily grind of American life things can get muddled up. More importantly, in the daily ministry many people are involved in become troubled. It becomes more like a 9-5 job than faith. Many churches today are like major corporations. Making millions, with a corporate president which is the Pastor. The Board members of the Church are the business end of the corporation. The congregation is the shareholders.
But while the church is making millions, housed in a huge fancy building, trouble is afoot. Within the congregation you find people barely eking out a living. Others who are in debt. Some go without proper food or nutrition. It is a fact that while some churches have made efforts to relieve burdens of people around them, their own people are hurting.

However, our faith is not man-made. It is Holy Spirit infused within us. We are to be guided by, nurtured by, corrected by, and loved by the Lord. Yet he does use his flock to encourage or help us. Today, though, we have become earthly minded. The church is in the world all right. But the world is also in church. What is more, many damnable and un-Apostolic doctrines have entered the modern church. It becomes more changeable and more like the world every generation.
The church will face fire in America. Modern American churches and denominations have been taught they will go in the Rapture. Christians do not believe they will see any trouble. Yet as Christians worldwide face intense persecution, the American churches go on their merry way. If today as a believer you become disinterested in Christ Jesus, you are in big trouble. Now is not the time to lose Christ Jesus. Want out of your church? Is the theology wrong? No matter, your faith is to be in Christ Jesus. Look at the Laodicean church in Revelation. They thought they were “rich and in need of nothing”. Yet they were “wretched, poor, blind, and naked”! In the context of the Laodicean church, the Lord is seen outside the church knocking on the door to get in. Today the Lord is knocking on many so-called Christian churches to get in. One day though, he will be the Judge of that church and congregation; along with leaders, all will face his wrath. The Lord of Christianity will hold the Christian churches accountable. Make sure that the fire of judgment will strike the Churches in America one day. The fuel and the foolish all will burn in that warning of what will come.
Christ Jesus the Lord gives you Three Points to consider!
The time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God.
What will be the end of them that obey not the gospel of God?
If the righteous are barely saved, where will the ungodly and sinner appear?
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? (18) And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

In Revelation we find believers at the end of days will overcome by and through their faith in Jesus Christ. As those in other time periods of history have overcome by faith already.
Those who Overcame in Christ Jesus did so by these three points:
They overcame by the blood of the Lamb [born again believer in Jesus Christ who died for them]
The Word of their testimony [Jesus said if you confess me before men, I will confess you before the Father and His angels]
The loved not their lives unto the death [Jesus said whosoever loses their life for my sake and the Gospel will find it.]
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Ten points Jesus Christ the Son of God has revealed to us!
John says that in Christ Jesus we are born of God.
Whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world.
This is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.
Who is this who overcomes? He that believes Jesus is the Son of God!
The record of God shows he has given us eternal life in His Son.
We know we are of God, just as we know the world lay in wickedness.
Finally, we know that the Son of God is come.
The Son of God gave us an understanding we can believe.
This understanding is that we are in him; which is true.
We are in his Son Jesus Christ, the true God and Eternal life.
In conclusion, let me say I cannot guarantee all Christians are believers. But a True believer in Jesus Christ is one that walks in his light. Be sure that one can tell you that he is in the Son of God Jesus Christ. We are overcomers and our faith in Christ Jesus makes us that way through the atonement of the cross by the blood of Christ. We cannot walk in someone else’s faith. Nor can we or should we be Lording it over others in the faith. Using our own great faith while shaming others who have no faith. We are all part of the same body. Dedicated to the same Lord. Unity, faith, and Love among all the brethren. This is the goal. By this shall they know you are His disciple if you love one another.
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

I can tell you this every Christian as well as every non-believer will be held accountable for his sins. Christians will be covered through the atonement found in Jesus Christ and at the second death it shall have no hold over them. The real question is this. What have you really done about Jesus Christ? How does faith in Christ and obedience to His Word really fit into your life?

More importantly, in the daily ministry many people are involved in become troubled. It becomes more like a 9-5 job than faith. Many churches today are like major corporations. Making millions, with a corporate president which is the Pastor. The Board members of the Church are the business end of the corporation. The congregation is the shareholders.
But while the church is making millions, housed in a huge fancy building, trouble is afoot. Within the congregation you find people barely eking out a living. Others who are in debt. Some go without proper food or nutrition. It is a fact that while some churches have made efforts to relieve burdens of people around them, their own people are hurting.

However, our faith is not man-made. It is Holy Spirit infused within us. We are to be guided by, nurtured by, corrected by, and loved by the Lord. Yet he does use his flock to encourage or help us. Today, though, we have become earthly minded. The church is in the world all right. But the world is also in church. What is more, many damnable and un-Apostolic doctrines have entered the modern church. It becomes more changeable and more like the world every generation.
The church will face fire in America. Modern American churches and denominations have been taught they will go in the Rapture. Christians do not believe they will see any trouble. Yet as Christians worldwide face intense persecution, the American churches go on their merry way. If today as a believer you become disinterested in Christ Jesus, you are in big trouble. Now is not the time to lose Christ Jesus. Want out of your church? Is the theology wrong? No matter, your faith is to be in Christ Jesus. Look at the Laodicean church in Revelation. They thought they were “rich and in need of nothing”. Yet they were “wretched, poor, blind, and naked”! In the context of the Laodicean church, the Lord is seen outside the church knocking on the door to get in. Today the Lord is knocking on many so-called Christian churches to get in. One day though, he will be the Judge of that church and congregation; along with leaders, all will face his wrath. The Lord of Christianity will hold the Christian churches accountable. Make sure that the fire of judgment will strike the Churches in America one day. The fuel and the foolish all will burn in that warning of what will come.
Christ Jesus the Lord gives you Three Points to consider!
In Revelation we find believers at the end of days will overcome by and through their faith in Jesus Christ. As those in other time periods of history have overcome by faith already.
Those who Overcame in Christ Jesus did so by these three points:
Ten points Jesus Christ the Son of God has revealed to us!
In conclusion, let me say I cannot guarantee all Christians are believers. But a True believer in Jesus Christ is one that walks in his light. Be sure that one can tell you that he is in the Son of God Jesus Christ. We are overcomers and our faith in Christ Jesus makes us that way through the atonement of the cross by the blood of Christ. We cannot walk in someone else’s faith. Nor can we or should we be Lording it over others in the faith. Using our own great faith while shaming others who have no faith. We are all part of the same body. Dedicated to the same Lord. Unity, faith, and Love among all the brethren. This is the goal. By this shall they know you are His disciple if you love one another.
Just as the person I mentioned above. No one can walk his path nor his faith for Him. He must walk this path with Jesus Christ. If he has forsaken Christ, that is His choice. God gives this to all people. However, we can pray and lift Him and his wife up.
I can tell you this every Christian as well as every non-believer will be held accountable for his sins. Christians will be covered through the atonement found in Jesus Christ and at the second death it shall have no hold over them. The real question is this. What have you really done about Jesus Christ? How does faith in Christ and obedience to His Word really fit into your life?
