Choosing Life and Blessing as opposed to rebellion to the will of God. As Christians we are not to love the world, nor are we to gratify the lust of the flesh; indulge our eyes in lustful ways or allowing ourselves to be puffed up by the pride of this life. In the hearts of people proceed evil things that defile a person that can bring upon them judgment and a curse.  There is an example of this Judgment of the Lord upon the people of Jerusalem. This included a warning to the young women who in their pride brought upon themselves condemnation. This led to misery, mourning, and lamenting what happened.

Choosing Life and Blessing instead of Judgment

Choosing Life and Blessing is a good goal for all people. Howbeit, only through Christ Jesus can a person find that life and the blessing to which Christ has said he came. The devil came to kill, steal, and to destroy. He is a liar and the father of lies. However, on the opposite of that which kills is life. That life to which all men may seek usually is a life in the world. This consists of the world’s glory, provision, pride of life, lust of the flesh, and lust of the eyes. But to this end believers are in the world, not of it. In Revelation 18 when discussing Mystery Babylon, the warning is for all those who are the people of God to come out of her. A man can leave Babylon, a person can leave their town; but anyone cannot just drop their sins and be saved. That is, unless and until they come to Christ Jesus. That is why our Lord said in John 10:10 “I came that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly”!

I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

Pro 8:17

Choosing that life and that abundance does not mean being filthy rich, or even rich; that is to attain to this level and to think your riches and prosperity means your righteous. The Apostle Paul said of this ‘Godliness with contentment is great gain’! We are not called to seek riches, fame, or fortune; we are to “seek first the kingdom of God and all his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you”!

As Christians we are not to love the world, in that we gratify the lust of the flesh; indulge our eyes in lustful ways or allowing ourselves to be puffed by the pride of this life.

(15) Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

(16) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

(17)  And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.

1st John 2:15-17

The battle here is to walk as our Lord walked. If we walk in the Light as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin. For this read 1^st John 1: 1-9. It is here we find a division from the world. While there are those who love darkness and walk in its defilement; the children of God are to be found in the light, walking as our Lord walked. Those who love darkness and all that it entails work hard to twist scripture to convince everyone that it is okay to do the things they do.

The Lord pinpointed the problem of that which defiles a person. There are many more scriptures on the darkness and the deeds of the flesh; but here we find specifically a list of sins that come from the heart of men. That is why Christ came to cleanse that heart, cast out the strong man of darkness, cleanse the soul; and give that person power to become the children of God and to walk as blessed children of God.

Within the hearts of people proceed evil things that defile a person and brings upon them judgment and a curse.

(21) For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

(22) Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

(23) All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

Mar 7:21-23

However, when a people and a nation that formerly did consider the Lord God and his Son Jesus Christ [Yeshua] suddenly or over a period stop their seeking of God and forsake the deeds of the Spirit; then that people overtime can face judgment. When the young people are stopped being taught at a young age what is righteous and what is unrighteous, then that generation grows up to do its own thing. They will resort to what they were taught. We have in America today generations of young people who have been taught in no god specifically. Humanism creeps in and teaches these generations that man in his wisdom can ascend to the level of Godhood. They are raised to believe they have a right to do as they please. There is no absolute truth, no absolute right or wrong, and further anyone who does believe in right or wrong is a bigot or worse.

Today in America we have feminists, young women, and others who live with pride on their shirt sleeve. They condemn anyone and everyone who may oppose what they want. If you oppose abortion, they tell you to F…Off. As in the latest protests going on. The Pro-life march went well; opposing abortion and the roe v wade decision. Even Pence and Pres. Trump supported it. Many believe President Trump is most pro-life president ever. He is more pro-life than Obama’s administration. We have young socialists as well who push the agenda that has bankrupted more nations than capitalism has. But America was founded as a constitutional Republic, not a democratic nightmare. Today America hangs in that balance of Democratic socialism.

If the people can rule by might and not right, then they will do so. That is why the Democrats want to abolish the electoral college. They have the population of large states on their side. The Electoral college instituted by our forebears was put there to balance out the difference between high and low populations in states. The fact that Trump won the electoral college by a landslide and lost the popular vote is illustrative of why the electoral college was heralded by those who won and lambasted by those who want 51% of Americans to rule over the other 49%.

But the division in America is far deeper than this. The problem of this division is sin. The result of sin is rebellion of that which is good and righteous. Of course, here we speak of the Bible and of Jesus Christ our Lord. Yet America is divided, and many do not believe in Jesus Christ as a Savior, nor do they like Christians and their morality. The problem with all this became known when on election night the democrats found out they lost, and hundreds of young people wailed and shouted and demonstrated their astonishment and hate over who won. Spoiled generations of young people who have been taught and educated in this immoral morass of liberality.

Further the division became wider when Hollywood and its participants got on social media; were interviewed by liberal networks who were anti-republican and anti-Trump. These people were hateful, despicable, and ranted, with threatening and slaughter against Pres. Trump. Even today, we find it true. Now that the Democrats have the house, they will do anything to bring Pres. Trump down. Even make sure he either agrees with their budget or go to hell. They will be willing to destroy America, to bring it down, to throw Trump out.

Those who hate Trump, also hate his supporters. They hate Conservatives of all kinds who support him. There is no civility here, just hate. In California there are some of the biggest churches in America. Yet they are silent. Do they speak out against the hatred of the liberal types in Hellywood? No! Do they stand up for civility and righteousness and respect for Pres. Trump? No! Do they tell those people who scream at pro-lifers to F…Off that this is wrong? No! In fact, look around how many huge mega churches and their Pastors stand up at all to tell this American society they are headed for hell and judgment? NONE of any number that I know of!

Then add in google, twitter, apple and others in the tech and internet business who are also liberal globalists, and you will find that the schism is even wider.

But America is not alone, and neither are American Christians. Around the world we find China more communist and pushing anti-God controls by closing churches and putting leaders and laymen in prison. While they also put others in re-education camps. In many radical Islamic societies rule of law is controlled by the Imams who incite their followers to kill Christians, run them out, or just harass them.

We find this hatred of Christian from North Korea, China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Nigeria, Egypt, and many others. If the government regime is not persecuting Christians radical Islamic and Buddhists among others do so. What we are seeing in America is the push to completely eradicate Christianity or control it to the liking of the masses. But even with all this opposition we find many coming to Christ around the world as reported to us by those on the ground.

Yet for America and her sins along with her rebellion we find commonality in the scriptures on Judah’s sin. Here specifically on the daughters of Judah. It is a warning to the women both young and old in America; as well to all men!

When judgment came to Judah for her sins; there was specific judgment announced on the young women. Calling them daughters of Zion, scripture says they were lifted up, proud, walked in a proud manner while mincing and ogling with their eyes while wearing bells and ornaments about their body and ankles. All to be noticed and cause people to look at them. It was pride, this pride led to judgment.

Simply put, we find in the feminist movement, the anti-abortion movement, and other sectors of female life, that pride. A pride to have the right to abortion, the pride to be as a man, the pride to do as they damn well please, a pride to tell anyone off. The same goes for the men of this nation. As Jezebel ran the marriage between her and Ahab [although he was king]; we find Jezebel used as a judgement type in Revelation.

Today our society has many young people that have been misled. People that are blinded, wicked, and headed for judgment along with the rest of this society. America threw out Christianity and it’s God a long time ago. Today the qualities of Mystery Babylon and that Spirit is entrenched in this nation. The divide is being widened and the people are more hateful to each other.

There is no way a nation will exist if it is divided. A nation will not exist if it rejects the God of Abraham and his Son Jesus Christ the Savior of men. The judgment of men and nations approaches. As it does, the damnation and hell facing America and its people widens. The pit of Sheol opens wider to make room as the devil laughs all the way to his own destruction.

The Judgment of the Lord upon the people of Jerusalem included a warning to the young women who in their pride brought upon themselves condemnation. This led to misery, mourning, and lamenting what happened.

Isa 3:16-26

(16) Moreover, the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty [lift up, to be proud], and walk with stretched forth necks [displaying neck by elevating it, indication of pride and haughtiness] and wanton [ogle, ] eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet [to alert people to their approach, attracting attention]:

(17) Therefore, the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.

(18) In that day the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments about their feet, and their cauls, and their round tires like the moon,

(19) The chains, and the bracelets, and the mufflers,

(20) The bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the headbands, and the tablets, and the earrings,

(21) The rings, and nose jewels,

(22) The changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping pins,

(23) The glasses, and the fine linen, and the hoods, and the vails.

(24) And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty.

(25)  Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.

(26) And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she being desolate shall sit upon the ground.

In conclusion, I write this to warn a generation; most of which will never see this article. I write to a generation to urge them to repent for judgment comes. I write this to a people of God, Christians who have grown lukewarm and believe they are righteous and ready for judgment. 

May God, grant you understanding and repentance so that you can draw nigh to him; in so doing, he will draw near to you.

Note these seven verses I leave with you. But especially note verse two, speaking of your sister Sodom; it never mentions the sin many associate with Sodom which is sodomy! The first sin of Sodom mentioned is Pride! Let that sink in oh America and the rest of the nations who think that this nation is the only one to be judged. Be warned! You; Oh, nations of men shall be judged.

I urge you to choose life and blessing instead of Judgment!
