A Psalm by the Watchman Dana G Smith Awake those around you! ~~~ 1Co 15:52-53 (52) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (53) For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. ~~~ The Lord has a controversy with those who go by His name. The Lord roars from Zion out of his Holy Hill… Shall He not be heard? The Lord said unto me “Go read Hosea, For the contention I had with my people Israel. As I did unto them shall I not do also unto those who walk in my name?” ~~~ Hosea 8:1 Heed the Warning! (1) Set the Trumpet to your mouth, He shall come like an eagle against the house of the Lord. Because they have transgressed my covenant and rebelled against my law. ~~~ Yes, the Lord shall judge mightily… Yes, the Lord shall rise like a fire on that day.. He shall be as a burning oven, for chaff shall be gone. The sins you love shall be destroyed, I will rid thy wickedness out of my midst. For the Lord shall terrify those in the earth, His ways shall be magnified. He shall bring to an end thy pleasures, For the whoring ways of those who say they are mine elect. ~~~ Rev 1:7 He Comes! Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen ~~~ I shall whistle and blow upon them. In their distress which I shall bring upon them, I will not hear. For I will put away the unclean vessel far from me. Iniquity will be purged on that day, saith the Lord. That day that I arise to bring justice to my house. They love their sins, they play Harlotries as did Israel, Shall I not requite? 1 Thessalonians 5:7 For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. ~~~ Sadness, Sadness… In the Isles of Men, Upon the land destruction. The Day appointed has arrived. Souls are lost, Nations brought low Waves of destroying power unleashed. ~~~ Heb 12:22-26 (22) But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, (23) To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, (24) And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. (25) See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: (26) Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. ~~~ Where is Hope today? What do you know about the prophets? Do you hear their warnings? ~~~ Joel 2:1 ¶Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; Joel 3:14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision. Amos 5:18 Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. ~~~ Where is my hope? To whom shall I turn now? For the Gods have turned us all away! The Spirits have deceived us… We are awash in Death… There is no hope. ~~~ Zephaniah 1:14 ¶The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. ~~~ Men killeth men… The oxen are slain, There is no crop… The harvest is destroyed. Curses upon the lip, Hopelessness of soul, The world is laid bare, Yet, another calamity comes. Repent while you are able and be found in the Lord Christ! ~~~ Rev 22:11-17 (11) He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. The plight of the people will be brought low, For the flesh is as Grass, Life as a vapor, Yes, it perishes. ~~~ 1 Peter 1:24-25 (24) For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: (25) But the word of the Lord endureth forever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. ~~~ ‘Seek me and live’, saith the LORD. Turn, and Repent of thy wickedness, Refrain from evil, Seek the Eternal God, The Holy One. There is no other, For upon the nations… My decree has come… ~~~ This is the Day of the LORD. Call upon Jesus Christ our Lord for Salvation and Cleansing! ~~~ Isaiah 43:10-12 (10) Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen that ye may know and believe me and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. (11) I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no Saviour. Twilight of the Dawn of Hope – The Day of the LORD! A Psalm by the Watchman Dana G Smith ~~~ Isaiah 28:12 To whom he said, this is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. ~~~ In the twilight of the day, there remains a rest to a man. Yea, such a rest that relieves him, I say bringing refreshment from all his labors, Heartaches, and troubles that assail him. ~~~ What say ye doth this come from? Is it from the strength of man’s ability to do so? Nay, but this relief cometh from the MOST High God. He who has given His Only Begotten Son as the Atonement for Sins. Call to the Lord Jesus Christ and be saveD you ends of the Earth. ~~~ Act 3:18-21 (18) But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled. (19) Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; (20) And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: (21) Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. ~~~ Lifting up his countenance, renewing Him for another day. For will ye listen to the wind? What does it say? Remain calm oh man, for there is no voice! (28) Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: (29) For our God is a consuming fire. ~~~ Where will ye be oh man on that day? What would you do on your own? Would you save yourself? Would you deliver thy family to safety? What would the vanity of flesh do on the day of trouble? ~~~ For the pride of man speaketh to himself, Which declares the strength and glory of man, Yet in all this glorying, the clay is broken asunder! ~~~ Psa 2:6-12 (6) Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. (7) I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. (8) Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. (9) Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel. (10) Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. (11) Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. (12) Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. ~~~ I say this to you oh man, There is a God in heaven, As the Psalmist declares, “do you know God?” Again, he sayeth, “What is his sons name?” Further he remindeth you, “kiss the son, lest he be angry.” For I fill this chorus with this refrain: “There is a God in Heaven!” ~~~ He speaks, He Hears, He listens, He understands, He is full of grace; He alone is full of mercy! But, beware, ‘Our God is a consuming Fire!’ Salvation is with Him, yet many refuse his call. What will ye do oh nations. ~~~ Haggai 2:7 And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. ~~~ On that day he ariseth to shake the world? On that day, oh man, when trouble finds you, As a man who flees a lion and a bear meets him, As a man who leans against a wall and a viper strikes, As a man who declares God is dead, yet stands before him in eternity, what will ye do oh ye vain and proud man? ~~~ The Mockers shall mock, The Fools shall rejoice, The Unwise will walk in their pride, Up till the very end of their demise! ~~~ 2Pe 3:10-13 (10) But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. (11) Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, (12) Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? (13) Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. ~~~ Listen ye a while and get wisdom, There remaineth a place in LORD, For those who trust Him, For those who honor his Name, for those who keep his Commandments. ~~~ If you are wise, then call upon Him. If you are unwise, ignore his call. If you love death, then hate the LORD. But to those who Love and Follow HIM, Salvation is unto these who seek his face and hope in his mercy. ~~~ For he alone is a fountain of refreshing, A haven of Mercy and a wellspring of Grace, for those who would be found in the LORD God. ~~~ Yea, be found in Him oh man! Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, And ye be consumed in his Wrath. Yea, Seek ye the LORD God Eternal and His only Begotten Son, our Redeemer. He is the “Almighty”! His name is Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMassiach! ~~~ Joh 1:1-5 (1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) The same was in the beginning with God. Again this is a fascinating and biblical journey, we embarked on Eden from the East. We pointedly look at the scripture and also the prophetic revelations of this Journey. Eden became known as the original Paradise from whence man was driven. There is no doubt that I and it goes without saying my wife also would like to find the original site of Eden. It would be nice if it were intact. Today many try to place this Paradise on a map and say here it is folks. Archeologists and explorers have gone in search of the biblical Eden.
