I have enjoyed reading the book “Steel the Darkness”. In light of today’s events the stories premise is completely plausible. Spiritual warfare is definitely being fought over nations and the very institutions and people who govern them.
Remnant Christians around the globe face mockery, persecution and even death. Although this novel concentrates upon America it is very much an identifiable experience worldwide. The power of prayer against Lucifer and his minions, whether spiritual, Nephilim or human, was faith activating and inspirational. The inclusion of a true prophet of God and the redeeming nature of Christ can’t help but impact believer and non believer alike. Can’t wait for the next book.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I had a hard time putting this book down. It has a few surprises along the way. I have to say there are a few characters that are my favorite, the Uncle, Tiger, the Uncle’s best friend, the Pastor and his wife and the relative of the Uncle. The Steel of Darkness definitely is an enjoyable read and leaves the ending wide open for another one. The Col is an evil man, one that seems to be out for only one thing, The destruction of human souls. Will he prevail or will the faith of the People fighting against the darkness win?

This is a Christian suspense thriller, based on what is going on today and in the near future. Col. Schmidt is an evil man, driven by hate/pride/lust for power. Mac, the hardened veteran, has various conflicting emotions, since he did work for the Col. in the past. The elitists who sold their souls to the devil long ago, are anticipating seats of prominence, when their god takes control of earth. The Remnant are a group of true believers, dedicated to saving America from this twisted path. Read how this all plays out, in Steel the Darkness.

This book is a great read, and it has it all just like a movie. It’s a story that is believable and not far-fetched and has possible scenarios and outcomes that will and can happen in America’s future. It has meaningful characters that keep you engaged as the story moves along and makes you wonder what’s going to happen next as there is surprises around every corner. Looking forward to the next book to see what happens next!
